RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Voor online aankopen hebt u een wettelijke zichttermijn van 14 dagen. U kunt dan, zonder opgaaf van reden, de koop ontbinden. De producten dienen uiteraard nog ongeopend te zijn en in originele staat te verkeren. Een retourformulier kunt u bemachtigen door een email te sturen naar Wickerske, of door via een contactformulier op deze website contact op te nemen.
Vanwege de hygiëne neemt Wickerske momenteel geen retouren aan voor dit product. Bij een defect product ontvangt u kosteloos een nieuw exemplaar.

You do not need to specify a reason for the return in this time period, provided that you have contacted Wickerske within 14 days of delivery of your order and have received a mailed return form to return your product. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered to you, else the return of the product costs is not guaranteed. In general, you may expect returns to be dealt with within 30 days.
For hygiene reasons, this product cannot be returned. In the case of a product malfunction or factory defect, a replacement will be issued free of charge.
