This product is made to order. Please check in advance if you can afford this small investment in comfortable relaxing home improvement. I offer a guarantee period for mechanical defects for up to three months after reception of your product. There are no refunds for the product itself, but I do offer photo updates of the product design and final product before shipping it to your address.
